Background

I have a HTC Desire, which brought me into the Android world. I have been using my Desire for the last year with a Android Open Source Project (AOSP) ROM. I have been following RichardTrips work, and am using his ROM, Ginger Villain. I believe this to be the best 2.3, GingerBread ROM. I was using RichardTrips DeFroST, which was based on FroYo 2.2. I started off with the Desire BIOS boot animation, but realised that this said it was loading a 2.1 custom ROM, not my DeFroST 2.2 ROM. Being picky, I edited the BIOS animation to say 2.2 and DeFroST in the respective places, and have been doing this even since. I am also adventuring into other places of the Android world, including the port for the BluFrost theme from 2.2 to 2.3.

A year later and I am still editing the BluFrost theme, amongst others. I enjoy helping people, and try to give the best suggestion to the XDA community. I'm trying new projects (including this one), and will be releasing them on mattman.org and XDA.

Now

Two years on, and I'm now running the ICS beta on xda. Loving the ICS, and cant wait to get it on my Asus Transfomer. I'm thinking of making themes for the Transformer, and am in the process of making a live wallpaper too!
